Karl M. Hess
The man accused of killing a father and daughter in Manitowoc will have to wait for his trail yet again.
36 year old Karl Hess was supposed to be in court on July 28th, but one of his attorneys recently left the staff of the public defender’s office, so he needs to find a new lawyer, who then needs time to prepare.
This is the fourth time his trial has been moved. A scheduling conference to determine a new date has been set for July 23rd.
Hess allegedly killed Richard and Jocelyn Miller on September 7th 2018 in their Dale Street home in Manitowoc.
The incident reportedly was over some money Hess believed he was owed.
