The mother of a two year old child who died in 2019 will be in Manitowoc County Court tomorrow for her sentencing hearing.
28 year old Rena Santiago is the third person found guilty in the case, with 28 year old David Heiden sentenced to life imprisonment, and 26 year old Bianca Bush sentenced to 7 years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision.
The child died last year after living in, according to Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre, “an environment not only of abuse, but of controlled substance, and prostitution that was going on in the home.”
The sentencing hearing will begin at 11:15 AM with Judge Mark Roher presiding.
