Information from Manitowoc City Hall indicates that the value of Construction projects through May has reached nearly $14-million.
That includes almost $3.8-million for May during the height of COVID-19.
The top commercial construction project listed was the new Painting Pathways Club house at $932,000, followed by the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins building at $400,000.
2019 was a very good year as building activity had totaled $37.2-million through the first 5-months of the year.
