Road America in Elkhart Lake has announced that Spec Miata has been added to its IMSA Sportscar weekend July 30-August 2.
Due to a busy on-track schedule for the weekend, Spec Miata racers will be eligible for the pre event test day encompassing various racecars on Thursday, July 30, and will participate in a 30-min qualifying and a 60-minute race on Sunday, August 2.
The IMSA SportsCar Championship and IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge take over Road America’s four-mile circuit for what will be one of the most incredible weekends of sports car racing in the world.
Fans will get to see the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge race on Saturday, with the WeatherTech® SportsCar Championship race on Sunday, plus races from the IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA all weekend.
