There is a new apartment complex going up in the Town of Sheboygan, and a ground breaking ceremony will take place today.
According to t a news release, the Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management, LLC hosted event will begin at noon at the future location of the Whistling Oaks Apartments building, which will be going in right behind the Menards at the intersection of I-43 and WI-42.
Visitors are encouraged to park on the side of Vanguard Dr. and follow the dirt/grass trail to the big oak tree.
