Investors Community Bank recently made a $1,000 donation to the Helen Gajdys Reis and Lester Reis Endowment Fund.
The Reis Endowment Fund subsidizes summer camp opportunities for children who are identified as “in need.” Recipients are primarily those without the companionship and support of one of their parents.
The fund also helps support other area initiatives that benefit youth and families, including Coats for Kids, Soles for Souls, the Two Rivers Optimist Bike Program, Peter’s Pantry, Two Rivers Ecumenical Pantry, Hope House and The Haven.
Tim Schneider, Investors Community Bank’s CEO and Co-founder said of the donation, “We are proud to support this program, knowing that all funds are used toward ensuring area youth have opportunities that their circumstances may not have otherwise allowed.”
