When Appleton police and SWAT teams from Appleton and Winnebago County executed a search warrant Wednesday morning, they wound up taking 13 people into custody.
That warrant was issued after a year-long investigation of activities at the address.
When authorities went through the house they found drugs and illegal firearms. Investigators say they were able to build their case with the help of people in the neighborhood who filed many complaints and phoned in tips about drug-related activity.
20-year-old Ryan Hostetter is being held at the Outagamie County Jail on a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place. Police are searching for John Hostetter.
