As has been the case over the last few weeks, the number of COVID-19 cases is continuing to trend upward in both Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
Six more cases reported on Monday in Manitowoc, with 38 recoveries, 83 remaining active, and 6,639 negative tests.
It should be noted that only 25 negative tests came back yesterday, meaning the percentage of positive tests is going up, something Manitowoc County Emergency Services Director Travis Waack calls “frightening”.
Meanwhile in Sheboygan County, 19 more cases were confirmed since Friday’s report, leaving a total of 246 cases. 11 more people are listed as fully recovered, leaving 41 active cases, 201 recoveries, and 11,487 negative test results.
