Two people had to be taken to a hospital for treatment after a three car pileup near Festival Foods in Sheboygan Wednesday night.
Reports indicate that the incident occurred just before 7:00 AM when a car being driven by a 25 year old Sheboygan man attempted to turn left into the Taylor Heights shopping center.
He ended up actually pulling in front of a northbound vehicle and the two collided. The impact was so severe, they ended up hitting a third vehicle.
The man had to be extracted with the Jaws of Life, while the 25 year old female driver of the other vehicle, and her 5 year old passenger were taken to local hospitals for treatment of minor injuries.
The man was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
