Make Sure Your Mail In Vote Meets Requirements

It is expected that a large volume of voting for the foreseeable future will be done by mail. Manitowoc city clerk Deborah Neuser has issued a news release pointing out that there are a few requirements when people submit such ballots. The certificate portion of the envelope must include the voter’s signature, the signature of the witness and the full address of the witness. Neuser says that without those elements, ballots cannot be counted.
