An 18 year old man pleaded guilty yesterday in Outagamie County Court for the killing of his grandparents in April of last year.
Alexander Kraus made the plea on two counts of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide in the shooting deaths of Dennis and Letha Kraus.
While he entered a guilty plea, his defense team claims he is not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
A five day trial has been scheduled to take place in Mid-November to determine if he lacked the capacity to conform is behavior to the law.
