Last week it was basketball, this week football.
The Big Ten Network is picking its All-Decade football team with running backs and linebackers named Monday.
Jonathan Taylor and Chris Borland were honored.
This wasn’t one of those selections where there were a dozen linebackers named. Borland, Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year in 2013, is one of three linebackers after a career of 50 tackles for loss and 17 sacks. His 15 forced fumbles are a Big Ten record and second in F-B-S history.
Taylor was the only college back to rush for more than six thousand yards in three seasons and was a contender for the Heisman Trophy.
