An employee at Shady Lane in Manitowoc has tested positive for COVID-19, according to a press release from the facility.
The release, which can be found at ShadyLaneInc.com, states that the unnamed individual “is currently in quarantine in accordance with the procedures and protocols established by the CDC and the Department of Health.”
Shady Lane also says that they have been “extremely proactive over the past few months to ensure that we would be prepared to support anyone impacted by the virus. We have communicated with our staff to reinforce safety protocols and continue to follow each of them and remain focused on the safety of our staff and residents.”
Shady Lane, Inc. is a non-profit senior living campus which offers rehab, assisted living, short-term care and skilled nursing care in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
