Madison police have arrested a man for the hit-and-run accident that happened last Sunday morning.
One person was suffered minor injuries when a pickup driven by Brendan J. Oneil drove into a crowd near the University of Wisconsin campus.
Oneil faces a tentative charge of hit-and-run causing injury.
One activist group has called that incident a hate crime.
