UPDATE: The Green Bay Police have announced that both children and Giltner have been safely located.
The Green Bay Police Department is looking for the public’s help in finding two missing children, believed to be with 23 yr old, MacKenzie Giltner.
The children are Syrenity Seppel (1 yr old) and Sylis Seppel (4 yr old). They are believed to be traveling in a 2012 White Ford Focus, WI plate 667WCG, similar to the one photo’d in this release.
