New Holiday Added To The Calendar For Milwaukee County Workers

Milwaukee County officials have added a new holiday to the calendar for employees. Juneteenth has been declared a floating county holiday.   June 19th is officially the day Juneteenth is supposed to be celebrated. The addition of the holiday doesn’t mean county offices or services will be closed down. It just means some county employees will have the option of another day off work.
