
A Green Bay man will go in front of a jury after he was deemed competent to stand trial.
Sedric King is facing charges of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide after he allegedly shot his father, Dennis James, on March 16th.
The incident was reportedly brought about when the two began arguing about an electrical fuse box that King was taking apart. King then shot James in the hip with a .45 caliber handgun, causing non-life threatening injuries.
King will be in court on June 26th for his preliminary hearing.
