Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez says the number of people attending his party’s national convention will depend on the public health situation at the time.
However, Perez is firm about one big thing – he says Democrats will descend on Milwaukee in August.
He won’t predict how many will be allowed – or will be willing – to attend.
Democrats moved their gathering from July to August due to the coronavirus pandemic, but they haven’t wavered from holding it in “Cream City.”
Meanwhile, Republicans are looking for a new location after Charlotte, North Carolina refused to compromise on social distancing restrictions.
