The City of Manitowoc, along with a handful of other municipalities around the area, are still planning on holding their annual Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks show, albeit with some minor adjustments to account for the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We reached out to Stacy Groll from the Mayor’s Office, who informed us that “The parade route will be the same as last year, just slightly longer to encourage social distancing. The parade will begin at S. 8th Street and Washington, travel north on S. 8th Street, cross the 8th Street bridge, turn right onto Maritime Drive, and the parade will end at the final driveway on Maritime Drive before the Waldo / Maritime / Memorial roundabout. “
The Parade will also begin at 10:00 AM this year, and will last around one hour.
