Fans will be welcome to join other race fans at Road America next weekend as the SVRA Vintage Festival Weekend returns.
The event originally scheduled to serve as the vintage kick-off of the Road America racing season in May was tabled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now with the rescheduling of the INDYCAR REV Group Grand Prix presented by AMR to July 9th-12th as a special double-header, Road America found a home for SVRA to continue on Father’s Day weekend.
The rescheduled SVRA Vintage Weekend event includes a packed schedule with races featuring cars covering several decades.
Many of the entries have previously competed at classic events, including Le Mans and the Indy 500, where they were raced for the honor and glory of a gladiatorial sport
