Authorities in Menomonie say a man they arrested Sunday had the tools in his possession to steal dozens of identities and bank accounts at the time. When Ronald Jenkins of Minneapolis was taken into custody, officers found dozens of different I-D cards, dozens of debit or credit cards, about 65 personal checks and 10 payroll checks in his vehicle. All of the checks and debit or credit cards were in different names. Investigators say Jenkins also had a printer and the tools needed to make fake checks or I-D cards. He is free on bond.
