The Clipper City Co-op has hired Sally Peck as their new Operations Coordinator.
Peck’s job will be to manage the Co-op office and assist the board of directors, owners, and producers in forming and growing the Co-op’s community owned grocery store in downtown Manitowoc.
Peck has lived in Manitowoc County her whole life, and has lots of experience in the field, as she served as the Director of Operations at the Former Fox Hills Resort..
Co-op Board Chair Naomi Raddztz said of the hiring, “Sally’s superb background and expertise will be a definite asset to our organization.
