The Manitowoc City Clerk’s Office has issued a reminder to residents ahead of the August 11th Partisan Primary election.
Deputy City Clerk Mackenzie Reed-Kadow says Manitowoc residents who have moved to another address, or haven’t registered previously are encouraged to stop at the City Clerk’s office at 900-Quay Street to register to vote.
State law requires that people registering must provide proof of residency and those living outside the city should sign-up with their municipal clerk.
The Manitowoc clerk’s office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:30. Reed-Kadow also said those not able to register in person can also do so by going to the State’s Online Voter Registration at MyVote.wi.gov.
Online registration continues through July 22nd. And, anyone with questions about the process may call the City Clerk’s office at 686-6950.
