Three men have been taken into custody after they allegedly set fire to a vacant house in Kaukauna.
Cole Leitzke, David Lamers and Ryan Bekkers reportedly entered the home on Dixon Street and began destroying items before starting the fire at around 3:30 Monday morning.
The criminal complaint states that Lietke’s mother had been renting the home prior to moving out a week before.
Two of the men reportedly fled the scene, but the third fell asleep, and was awoken by the smoke and flames. He was also able to escape without any injuries.
All three men have been charged with Arson of a Building without the Owner’s Consent, and Criminal Damage to Property Over $2,500, while Lamers and Leitzke also face bail jumping charges.
