2 Dead, 2 Injured in Madison House Fire

The Madison Fire Department says a house fire on the city’s west side overnight left two people dead and two hospitalized. Crews discovered flames shooting from the back of the home on Seminole Highway around 3 a-m Thursday. Two occupants were able to escape and told firefighters two others were trapped in the burning home. The bodies of the two victims were found inside a short time later. Authorities have not released any names.
