Waupaca County prosecutors have charged a 17-year-old driver with first-degree reckless homicide for intentionally causing a fatal crash.
Investigators say Logan Stedjee was driving about 100 miles-an-hour Saturday when he ran through a stop sign and slammed into a pickup, killing a woman inside. The victim hasn’t been identified and Stedjee suffered some broken bones.
He apparently said he intended to crash and take his own life in a message he posted to Facebook a short time before the incident.
