Several Wisconsin cities decided to continue their curfews Monday night in an effort to control rioting and looting.
Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway issued an emergency order Monday, extending that city’s curfew through tonight (Tuesday). Authorities in most cities have confirmed they will enforce the curfews that are in place.
Milwaukee police reported the arrest of 109 protesters Saturday and Sunday nights. Governor Tony Evers authorized 125 members of the Wisconsin National Guard to be available to help local law enforcement agencies make sure the curfews are obeyed.
