It is an odd site to see in Wisconsin, as several National Guard soldiers were posted outside the Green Bay Police Department last night.
A total of around 125 soldiers were stationed in different high risk areas of the city, including the County Courthouse and City Hall.
Governor Tony Evers deployed the National Guard in order to support local law enforcement agencies in case of any problems resulting from protests, riots, or looting. Five people have been arrested in Green Bay in connection to these activities.
Reports indicate that the Guardsmen may remain in the city through Wednesday
