Milwaukee Bucks coach Mike Budenholder’s offense is set up to create wide-open shots for three-point shooters while creating paths to the goal for Giannis Antetokounmpo.
When seven-foot center Brook Lopez joined the Bucks, he began throwing up threes and hitting them with 34-percent regularity. In the season currently stopped, Lopez stopped hitting the shots – especially when he was not covered. Lopez was connecting on just 29 percent of his long shots when play was suspended.
Missing threes – that’s how Milwaukee lost to Toronto in the Eastern Conference finals.
