Much like we reported in Manitowoc, the number of vehicle crashes in Sheboygan has dropped drastically according to the Sheboygan Police Department.
The number of accidents are down by around 26% compared to the same time last year, a stat that the SPD calls an all-time low.
While this is of course a good thing, it is not 100% certain how that may change now that restrictions have been lifted. Many people have been itching to get back on the road, and may forget some of the basic safe driving practices.
Police are asking people to continue to drive as safe as they can, to help keep the number of crashes at a low level.
