Charges have now been filed against the 17 year old Green Bay girl who was driving the car that crashed on the Main Street Bridge on Monday, sending her 17 year old female passenger flying into the Fox River.
Court Records show that Ayne Valle-Nunez is facing charges of Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and two counts of OWI Causing Injury.
A total of four people were in the vehicle when the crash occurred, and all sustained some level of injury from the violent crash, including one unidentified female breaking her leg and losing consciousness.
No deaths have been reported.
The female who landed in the river was rescued by a boater that happened to be in the area at the time.
