A 26-year-old suspect in a Green Bay shooting reportedly turned himself in at police headquarters Wednesday morning. I
nvestigators with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office are recommending charges of attempted first-degree homicide and recklessly endangering safety be filed against Muhammad Rahem Hoskins.
Officers found a victim with a leg wound last Friday morning. He has hospitalized for treatment of a serious injury.
Hoskins is being held at the Brown County Jail.
