A book has been written about the incredible success of the Schmitt Brothers Quartet from Two Rivers. Fran, Joe, Paul, and Jim Schmitt won the 1951 Society for the Preservation & Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America title. They sang together for 35-years..traveling more than 2-million miles and performed in 3,000 programs.
