A Sheboygan Falls woman was killed in a traffic accident on State Highway 28 at county trunk A in the town of Sheboygan yesterday afternoon.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s office reports they were called to the scene just prior to five yesterday afternoon. Investigation showed that the 80-year-old woman was westbound and failed to stop for a traffic signal and her vehicle collided with a northbound vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Sheboygan woman.
Both were taken by ambulance to Saint Nicholas Hospital, where the 80-year-old woman died from her injuries. Additional information will not be available until 10 AM Monday.
