
Manitowoc County Health officials have reported one more case of COVID-19.
There are now 28 positive cases in the county, with 21 remaining active. 67 more tests came back negative, bringing that number up to 1,332.
Officials have also released more details about the cases, including the fact that a vast majority of the cases are in the 54220 zip code area.
People between the ages of 56 and 65 have contacted the virus at a high rate, accounting for 7 cases, followed closely by the 26 to 35 year old age group who account for 6 cases. The 36 to 45 and 66 to 75 year old age groups each account for 4 cases.
Meanwhile in Sheboygan County, four more cases were confirmed. Their positive count is now up to 81, with 12 remaining active.
On a positive note, each day this week so far one more person has fully recovered, a total of 66. 173 more people tested negative, bringing that total up to 2,355.
