A shooting in Fond du lac last night is under investigation.
Fond du Lac police say several persons were taken into custody shortly after a 20-year old man was shot and transported to a local hospital.
Officers were called to the scene, in the 200-block of 8th Street, shortly after 8pm and witnesses told authorities that a vehicle had left the area of the shooting.
It was later located and arrests were made.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg, but Fond du lac police say the injury appears to be non-life threatening.
