Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s plans to re–open 34 of its stores in Wisconsin tomorrow (Friday 11 a–m). Seven other stores in the state will remain closed until May 26th under local guidelines. Kohl’s said in a statement, “in preparation for re–opening, we’ve made significant enhancements to the store environment and staff operations to prioritize the health and safety of Kohl’s customers and associates.“ The stores will also continue limited-contact drive up service for customers picking up online orders. There will be signs on the floor to encourage six-feet of social distancing, protective barriers at all registers, checkout lane cleaning after each customer, fitting rooms will be closed, and stores will only have one entrance.
