A local legislator says a concerted effort needs to be made in balancing fear and reality of COVID 19.
Sixth District Congressman Glen Grothman says “we must be more proactive in taking a safe approach to reopening the economy.”
He went on to elaborate, “We have to be a lot more vocal about ways people are not going to get the virus so we can get people back to work.”
One way according to Grothman is to present scientific facts that are proven to aid in one’s better overall health.
“One reason there are so many fewer cases in Northern Europe is they are getting more vitamin-D,” he explained. “We were getting bad advice before, get some vitamin-D. Get some sun.”
Getting fresh air and exercise has also been proven to be aid in getting deeper restorative sleep-which in turn provides a healthier immune system to help fight off illnesses.
