Many Counties throughout Wisconsin have implemented their own Safer at Home orders following the State Supreme Court overruling Governor Evers’ order, but Sheboygan County is doing something different.
County officials have decided to implement a plan called Sheboygan County Safe Restart Recommendations.
County Administrator Adam Payne said he feels like the County has done a great job following the CDC guidelines and “As a result, Sheboygan County will not be issuing an order to direct how businesses and organizations operate.”
The Division of Public Health does recommend that if businesses open they should make sure their customers followed the WEDC and CDC guidelines.
As for the average citizen, DPH suggests they continue to practice social distancing, and wearing face masks in public. If you are feeling sick you should still stay home.
