Three weeks after Republican lawmakers asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to block the extension of the governor’s Safer at Home order, the justices gave them what they wanted Wednesday.
The high court determined the Evers administration overstepped its authority.
The governor had argued the stay-at-home order was necessary to slow the coronavirus spread – even though the shutdown was devastating the economy at the same time.
