Town of Madison police captured a fleeing man after he allegedly held a gun to a four-year-old child’s head and hit the mother.
Officers were called to the home Wednesday morning, and found Larry Simmons as he made his way to a vehicle a few blocks away.
The 27-year-old mother says she was in a relationship with Simmons, and accuses him of hitting her in the face with a fist and damaging a computer in the home.
When he heard police were on their way, she says Simmons took off.
