Baldwin Wants Food Stamp Benefits Expanded

U-S Senator Tammy Baldwin wants to change some of the food stamp guidelines to allow people to use those benefits for delivery or take-out meals.  The Wisconsin Democrat joined other senators in signing a letter to the Department of Agriculture making the request for people in the SNAP program.  The letter says people shouldn’t be disadvantaged during the coronavirus pandemic just because they rely on federal benefits.
