
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says with Tuesday’s statewide report, five of the governor’s six criteria for moving forward with the Badger Bounce Back Plan have been met.
The sixth criterion would require a downward trend of influenza-like illnesses reported over a 14-day period.
State officials say just four percent of new coronavirus tests came back positive Tuesday. That’s a new low figure for a 24-hour period.
