
The 37-year-old woman who is facing charges in the death of 7-year-old Ethan Hauschultz has been deemed component to stand trial.
Tina McKeever-Hauschultz, along with her husband Timothy Hauschultz and their now 16-year-old son Damian Hauschultz are all facing charges in the death of the child, which occurred on April 20th, 2018.
Tina has been charged as a party to the crime, along with two counts of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child resulting in death, and two felony counts of child abuse/failure to prevent bodily harm.
If she is found guilty on all charges, McKeever-Hauschultz could spend up to 25 years in prison, and be forced to pay $100,000 in fines.
