The Democratic state leader Monday announced his latest order allowing some Wisconsin businesses to go back to work “in a safe and responsible way.”
Almost all non-essential businesses will be allowed to open their doors as long as they serve five or fewer customers at the same time.
Emergency Order 36 was signed Monday by Wisconsin Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm.
Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos calls it “another confusing emergency order.”
