Back in early February, Sheboygan Police Chief Chris Domagalski announced that he would be moving to Milwaukee to take a position as the Assistant Chief, however those plans are no longer happening.
While he was in negotiations with the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission, they never made a final offer, so now Chief Domagalski is staying in Sheboygan.
Chief Domagalski notified the city of the change on Tuesday, saying he had not been treated fairly by the City of Milwaukee.
While the move may have helped his career, Chief Domagalski has apologized to the City of Sheboygan for all the undo stress he put on them while they were seeking a replacement.
