The Shawano County Sheriff’s Office is holding a 31-year-old Hortonville man for allegedly cutting a woman’s throat during an argument.
The woman is hospitalized.
Investigators say the incident happened Tuesday night just before 11:00 p-m in the Town of Wittenberg. No names have been released.
The man and woman were in a vehicle with the woman’s four-year-old daughter when the two fought and the man cut the victim’s throat with a knife.
A passerby took the woman to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies found the suspect at the scene and arrested him.
