Appeals Court Offers No Relief To Miller Lite

A federal appeals court is offering no relief to Miller Lite.  That court struck down the ruling which banned Bud Light from pointing out that Miller Lite uses corn syrup in its beer.  The appeals court decided a lawsuit shouldn’t be a substitute for competition in a market.  Miller was told – if it doesn’t like the tone of the ads, it is free to make its own sneering commercials in response.
