
University of Wisconsin Junior, Dana Rettke, is one of 10-finalists for the 90th AAU Sullivan Award honoring the nation’s most outstanding amateur athlete.
Rettke has helped the Badgers Women’s Volleyball team to three NCAA tournament appearances, including a national runnerup finish in 2019. She is the school record-holder in hitting percentage and ranks among the top Wisconsin players in kills, kills per set, total blocks, blocks per set, points and points per set.
The ceremony for the James E. Sullivan award, originally scheduled to be held at the historic New York Athletic Club, will now take place virtually due to safety concerns over COVID-19.
