Brett Favre went through it 15 years ago – when the Green Bay Packers drafted his eventual replacement, Aaron Rodgers.
He says he knows exactly how Rodgers feels after the Packers selected Jordan Love. Favre says the most disconcerting thing about seeing the team draft a quarterback is that you finally begin to realize the clock is ticking toward the end of your career.
The Hall of Famer says Rodgers has many good years ahead – unless he is injured. He’s sure Rodgers understands the process and he’s also sure that as long as Green Bay has Aaron Rodgers on its roster it has a chance to go to the Super Bowl every year.
